Undergraduate Symposium Schedule
The 2026 Undergraduate Symposium on Friday, April 17th will be composed of four presentation sessions in which students will concurrently present posters, presentations, art/project displays, and film/performances.
- Session 1: 9:30am – 10:45am
- Session 2: 11am – 12:15pm
- Session 3: 1:30pm – 2:45pm
- Session 4: 3pm – 4:15pm

11:59pm on Wednesday, April 8th – Deadline to submit posters for printing through College Library
- Poster Printing Instructions – You must carefully follow these instructions to access the prepaid print that College Library will create for you (available in mid-March). Please do not create a new order from scratch.

Designing and Composing Effective Research Posters for Undergraduates
- Time: 3:30pm – 5pm on Wednesday, March 18
- Location: Virtual – Zoom
- Attend this workshop offered by DesignLab and the Writing Center to learn how to design and write compelling content for your poster. You will be introduced to basic design concepts, explore the fundamental components of strong research posters, and analyze sample posters.
How to Make Your Presentation Slides Clear and Dynamic
